We are dedicated to preserving Railroad History of the Wichita Falls area.

We enjoy our visitors and we enjoy the smiles and cheer that our museum brings to folks as they go back in time when they step aboard our trains.

Our main historical interests are focused on the Missouri Kansas Texas Railway (M.K.T. or KATY), due to the large rail yard, which is mostly still here, that has served Wichita Falls for many years. Now operated by WICHITA TILLMAN & JACKSON (WTJ), this "North Yard" maintains equipment for the WTJ and also shares siding trackage and offices with Union Pacific (UP).

Also, Burlington Northern Santa Fe, or BNSF, Which was Fort Worth & Denver Railway who owned our FW&D #304 Steam Engine that served on the Wichita Valley Branch.
